DIVINE all along x Anthem Studio Proposal

JUMP STARTING PHASE 2.

Project Objectives

Turn your digital presence into a relationship generator that creates a steady stream of new conversations, builds a list that you can engage, and creates confident donors and advocates.

What Does This Look Like?

A captivating online destination for DIVINE spaces that invites people to opt in and donate. This is about your confidence, so you can focus your attention on conversations and directing people consistently back to a destination that you feels truly honours the mission. Includes site and brand, including logo, and other key assets.

Platform Recommendation.

Anthem Studio’s Advanced site builder (the same platform used for the Anthem website). This builder is optimised for growth and utility. This is the right tool for the current season with the ability to host member areas, locked course content, etc, as need arises.

Jump starting phase 2.

AMPLIFYING YOUR VOICE.

Firstly, central to this agreement is the ongoing support on Anthem Studio through 2025. Once the initial build is complete, we will remain available to tweak, update, and coach. Support requests will need to be handled on a case-by-case basis and fit around other immediate responsibilities.


In addition, once the DIVINE spaces digital hub is launched we will complete a simple but comprehensive overhaul of the DAA brand and website to bring it inline with the quality of DIVINE spaces. This will help applicants, donors, and advocates validate the program. This is our contribution as advocates and volunteers at no extra cost.

For expediency and cost management we will build assets lives in a dummy environment and iterate as we go before taking assets live. Deliverables are outlined below.

Cost to start and complete the initial work: $1,262


The outstanding balance of $8,238 becomes due on September 1st 2025, to be cleared by 6 instalments of $1,373 or cleared in full.


Includes KO call, brainstorming calls, x2 review calls as needed.


Build Timeline:

  • 03/03: $1,262 downpayment to start and complete the work
  • 10/03: Build begins
  • w/c 31/03: Draft site launch and QA
  • w/c 07/04: Site launch (inc domain mapping)


We will move fast and hopefully beat this timeline so you can start driving traffic from calls and presentations

Digital Hub

  • Example pages/sections: Home, About, Meet the Founder, Assessment Process, Sig-ups, Donations.
  • Two review cycles post-initial build.
  • Collaborative QA cycle for final checks.
  • Timeline: ~3 weeks for build, 1 week for QA and launch. Approx.
  • Dependencies: Timely input from all parties will be needed thought the timeline can flex where needed.

Core Assets

Building on the established look and feel.

  • Asset transfer: taking everything we've created so far online.
  • Asset creation & management: Icon mark, and additional logo styles as needed.
  • Selection of colours and fonts.
  • Timeline: concurrent with website build.
  • Dependencies: Timely input from all parties will be needed thought the timeline can flex where needed.

Showroom & Support

  • All assets and design files stored in a single hub for easy access.
  • Limited ad-hoc support for ongoing maintenance, integrations, and site edits through 2025.
  • Limited ad-hoc support for social asset creation, post design, and messaging.
  • Dependencies: Support requests reviewed on a case-by-case and availability basis.

List Building

  • Bespoke site sections and pop-ups on capture contact information.
  • Includes setting up Email provide and integrating into website.
  • Automated sign-up response emails
  • Integration of the DIVINE spaces assessment
  • Dependencies: concurrent with website build outlined above.

Third-Party Integrations

  • Anthem Email platform
  • Assessment integration (using a new platform).
  • Meeting scheduling integration
  • Modal & form integration for selected apps.
  • Dependencies: none really, just a couple of minor actions to complete.

Hosting (one year)

  • Unlimited AWS hosting.
  • Unlimited storage, page views, and bandwidth.
  • SSL and CDN included.
  • Hosting renews on a quarterly, bi-annually, or annually thereafter.
  • Email/application hosting handled separately also included for one year.
